1. Refund period

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This applies to all packages (1 month, 2 months, 3 months) if you feel the service is not right for you.

2. How to request a refund

Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and use the email address you used at checkout.
• Or contact the coach via live chat and we will help you complete the request.

4. What is not covered

We do not impose unreasonable restrictions on refunds. However, we reserve the right to refuse requests that involve clear fraudulent use of the service or a material breach of our terms.
